Kyrgyzstan will direct $20 million from Turkey’s credit to construct new schools, KyrTAG reported on Thursday with reference to the country’s Prime minister Omurbek Babanov.

Kyrgyzstan will direct $20 million from Turkey's credit to construct new schools, KyrTAG reported on Thursday with reference to the country's Prime minister Omurbek Babanov.

The credit agreement with Turkey to the amount of about $100 million should be ratified by the country's parliament.

The term of the credit will be 30 years.

Babanov added that $50 million from this sum will be used for melioration and construction of melioration system, that will allow increasing arable area by 28,000-30,000 hectare.

Prime Minister also promised to increase pensions in the country.
