FINCA Azerbaijan NBCO, which created opportunities for getting success and experiences in the finance and credit area for students and graduates, had been participated in the labor exhibition organized by the Ministry of Labor and People's Social Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It was received more than job applications from students and graduates for junior loan officer and other vacancies within Junior Loan Officers Development program.
Since January, 2012, 225 young people, live in different regions of Azerbaijan, have participated in Junior Loan Officers Development program; 156 of them are hired as a loan officer to the 29 branches of FINCA Azerbaijan; and 11 of them continues this program.
