The fast social and economic development, expansion of international communications in energy resource transportation in Azerbaijan, as well as the importance of the geopolitical position of the country in the context of globalization, have led to even more enhanced migration processes. The Azerbaijani government is working to improve and develop migration services in order to meet the needs of both its own citizens and foreigners.
