Turkey is working out a new project to build underground parking for cars under the parks and squares of major cities in the country, Sabah newspaper reported today.
According to the newspaper, a relevant draft was prepared by the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning to prevent traffic congestion in the country and solve problems with parking.
If the Turkish parliament approves the project, the ministry will begin its implementation in 2014.
