The Norwegian Nobel Committee has proposed to nominate Azerbaijan's candidates on the relevant spheres for the Nobel Prize, the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) said on Monday.
The academicians-secretaries of the scientific departments of the academy were charged with preparation of the proposals.
The candidates must be introduced to the Norwegian Nobel Committee by February 1, 2014.
