The V1 Challenge Azerbaijan racing, which will be held October 11 in the Baku Crystall Hall by Azerbaijan Automobile Federation, will involve 14 drivers from 12 countries, the federation said Oct.9.

Among the participants are Patrick Snijers Belgian, European rally champion), Harald Muller (three-time Drift Challenge champion, owner of the world record for the most prolonged drift in 2014), Miguel Campos (five-time Portugal rally champion, silver winner of European Championship), Burak Chukurova (Turk, champion of V1 Challenge 2011), Nicolae Chiriac (champion of the V1 Challenge Moldova 2012), Anthoine Hubert (France F4 and Volant Euroformula 2013 champion), and others.

Azerbaijan will be represented by national carting champions Gulhuseyin Abdullayev, Adil Akhundov and champion of V1 Challenge Moldova 2013 Timur Muradov.
The entry to the V1 Challenge Azerbaijan competitions, to be held at the Baku Crystal Hall on Oct.11 will be by invitation.

All those interested in watching the competitions may get invitations at the Heydar Aliyev Center by presenting a valid ID card, Azerbaijan Automobile Federation, the organizer of the event, told Trend on Sept.29.
Prior to the show, a parade of cars competing in the tournament will be held in Baku.
