The Baku Court of Appeals changed the measure of restraint with regard to Arif Yunusov to the recognizance not to leave, Yunusov's lawyer Elchin Sadikhov told Trend Nov. 12.
The lawyer said the decision was made due to the deteriorating health of his client.
Sadikhov also said Yunusov is currently at home under medical supervision.
The lawyer noted that his client can't leave Baku, and it is possible that the court decision will be reviewed in case of positive changes in Yunusov's health.
Earlier, Arif Yunusov was sentenced to seven years in prison.
