Baku court rules to free Natig Jafarli

A Baku court has ruled to free Natig Jafarli, the executive secretary of the “Real” movement, Jafarli's lawyer Javad Javadov told Trend.
The Nasimi District Court in Baku decided Sept. 9 to cancel the preventive measure against Natig Jafarli, and he was released in the courtroom.
Jafarli was detained on Aug. 12. The Nasimi District Court earlier sentenced him to four months of arrest as a preventive measure.
Jafarli was charged with Article 192 (illegal entrepreneurship) and Article 308 (abuse of official powers) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
