Excelsior Hotel & Spa Baku will hold the next training for the students of the faculty of tourism as part of corporate social responsibility.
The training will be held by the Head of AtaHolding Corporate Communications Department Dilara Zamanova, Dean of the Faculty of Journalism of the Baku Slavic University Shelale Hasanova, the teacher of the Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management, and a member of the association board of directors of DAIR restaurants and hotels Dinara Agaliyeva and HR manager of Excelsior Hotel & Spa Baku Kamran Rzayev.
General Manager of Excelsior Hotel & Spa Baku Turhan Poyraz stressed at the event that at present, the tourism industry is one of the fastest growing sectors of the Azerbaijani economy.
Now there is a great demand for qualified specialists in the field of tourism in Azerbaijan. The hotel supports the development of human resources in the tourism sector of the economy by conducting this training and preparing students. The aim of the training is to impart students with practical skills and recommendations in the tourism business.
Hasanova will deliver speech about the value of reputation in the business, especially the formation of the image and manage reputation capital in the tourism sector.
Agalieva will deliver speech about the features of the food and accommodation sectors in the field of tourism services.
Rzayev will deliver speech about the preparation of the CV and the right tactics at the interview and the ability to conduct business negotiations.
Zamanova will deliver speech about the main directions of PR-activity in tourism.
