The Council of Religious Experts was established under the State Committee on Religious Affairs (SCRA), the State Committee told Trend.
The Council includes 15 theology experts and scientists. The activities of the Council covers forming of system in enlightenment, involvement of different religious communities into solution of social problems, assistance in forming of constructive cooperation and tolerance between religions, holding of monitoring of mass media, assistance in improvements of data bank of the SCRA, analysis of religious enlightenment programs, development of conception state-religion. The Council will be controlled by the SCRA.
