The Azerbaijan’s National Youth Team won one gold and two bronze medals at the European Championship in Tressaloniki, Greece.
The highest success has been achieved by Zabil Farhadov (68 kg), Trend reports. At the final he gained a victory over the Russian Artemyev, ensuring the first place for himself. Islam Gasimov (52 kg) and Vasif Djafarbekov (100kg) were the thirds in their weight categories and impressed the specialists by their performance.
In overall team score the success was with the Russians, who won gold medals. The second place took the Ukrainians and the first three were the athletes from Kazakhstan.
