On Friday the Khatai district court sent materials on case of Janmirza Mirzayev to the Azerbaijani Court of Appeals, Trend reports.
The Khatai district court rejected appeal by Mirzayev on releasing from remanent basing on violation of discipline by the plaintiff in prison в"-9 under subordination of the Central Department of Execution of Court Sentences.
Nevertheless dissatisfied Mirzayev addressed to the Khatai district court to send the materials to the Court of Appeal. The court sent the materials.
Mirzayev said that he hoped that the Court of Appeal would cancel 2-year remanent.
