Elmira Suleymanova, the Azerbaijani Ombudsman, noted the necessity of establishment of trades unions in all organizations and enterprises of the country with regard to ensure the protection of human rights. Suleymanova made a statement in a speech at a Constituent Assembly of the trade union in the Boss-Shelf company.
According to the Ombudsman, the issue on protection of oilmen’s rights is on focus of the state. Suleymanova noted the necessity of observation of social, labor and economic rights of employees at all foreign companies functioning in Azerbaijan. She called on them to observe the national legislation.
