The Baku executive power has not authorized holding of the journalists picket on the occasion of one year anniversary of the Monitor magazine editor-in-chief Elmar Huseynov death, one of the actions organizers, the Elmar Huseynov Foundation co-founder Shahbaz Huduoglu told Trend.
He noted on 11 January the city authorities replied to the letter of the actions organizers. The Baku executive power in its return message expressed inexpediency in holding the picket.
