An investigation into the case of the former Azerbaijani Deputy Interior Minister, exp-head of the Central Criminal Search Department came to an end, Adil Islmayilov, the law-defender of Nasirov, told Trend.
Nasirov was arrested several months ago on the criminal case on Haji Mammadov. The materials of the investigation will be publicized shortly and submitted to the Court of Serious Crimes. However, the legal proceedings on Nasirov and several other people will not be conducted together with Mammadov. So, the legal hearings will be held separately under the chairmanships of different judges.
Several serious accusations were laid on Nasirov by the investigation bodies.
