The program of the world Azerbaijanis 2nd session to be held in Baku on 16 March was determined. From 9.00am the representatives of Diaspora and other official guests will pay a tribute to the cemetery of Ex-President Heydar Aliyev and the Martyrs Alley, organization committee told Trend . At 11.00am the organization committee will open the session and show film Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijani Diaspora. Then Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani President, is expected to deliver a speech at the session. Nazim Ibrahimov, the chair of the State Committee on Azerbaijanis Living Abroad, will read report Azerbaijani Diaspora on the Way of Revival: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.
The participants of the session will read out information by mandate commission, congratulations and reports. Then new composition of the Coordinating Council and Board
of World Azerbaijanis will be put for discussion.
The session also plans to adopt documents of the drafting committee, resolutions, and addresses to world Azerbaijanis, organizations of Azerbaijani and Turkish Diasporas, as well as international organizations in relation to the Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan.
At 20.00pm the organization committee will stage a banquet in honor of President Ilham Aliyev, at 22.00m firework.
On 17 March the participants if the session will pay a familiarization visit to the regions of the country.
