The Azerbaijani National Olympic Committee (NOC) vice-president, Chingiz Huseynzadeh will participate in the work of the Congress of the National Olympic Committees Association (ANOK) that will be held this weekend in Seoul.
Preparations for the Olympiad -2008 in Beijing will be the major topic of the meeting, Huseynsadeh told Trend. There are a number of issues demanding discussion. It will include construction of the Olympic objects, residences for the teams and other matters, he noted. NOC representatives are also planning to discuss the selection terms for the Games and terms of the licensed tournaments, some of which will start in this season.
The NOC leadership has recently reviewed forecast reports for the Games from different Federations in the country.
