The diagnosis of the 17-year resident of Salyan on bird flu has not been confirmed yet, Trend reports referring to Samaya Mammadova, the head of the press service of the Health Ministry.
According to Mammadova, the patient is currently undergoing treatment at childish clinic hospital 2 and her state is stabile.
The head of the press service also said the laboratory research, conducted by the Ministry, did not confirm the diagnosis.
Nevertheless, her tests will be sent to the London laboratory for research, Mammadova stressed.
It should be mentioned that virus H5N1 was revealed at 7 people. 5 of them died. The rest 2 received appropriate treatment.
