IX session of Congress of World Azerbaijanis to be held in Brussels

The place of conducting IX session of Congress of World Azerbaijanis (CWA) was defined, Trend reports with reference to CWA. The session will be held from 9 to 11 December of the current year in Brussels.

The session is planed to be held at the hall of European Parliament of Belgia. But in case of failure to hold the session at that hall, it will be held in the hall of Belturk or one of the central hotels of the city. The session is expected to bring together 450-500 people from various countries. The first day of the three-day meeting will cover current question, second day elections will be held and new head and structure of CWA will be formed and the third day the Forum of South Azerbaijan will be held. The forum will be dedicated to South Azerbaijan, the problems of Azerbaijanis living there and other issues.

At the moment, the preparation works are continuing for the session. In connection with the preparatory works, the deputy chairman of CWA Eldar Karadagli arrived in Baku. He met with Azerbaijan officials, representatives of opposition parties and Azerbaijan intellectuals.
