The employees of Azerbaijan`s Ombudswoman`s Apparatus have examined pre-trial isolators and police stations of a number of Baku districts, a source in the Ombudswoman`s Apparatus told Trend today.
The representative of the Ombudswoman`s Apparatus visited the Department for Struggle against Organized Criminality, the Police Departments of Narimanov, Nizami, Binagadi, Sabayil, and Sabunchu districts of the capital.
The employees of the Ombudswoman`s Apparatus met persons kept in the isolators, got acquainted with the conditions of their holding there, the places where they are kept and where they walk. They also examined the rooms aimed at performing devotions and gave their recommendations. The results of the examination will be submitted to the Interior Ministry.
