The U.N. Office for Professional Technical Education - YUNEVOC will open its representation in Azerbaijan, Trend reports quoting the Education Ministry of Azerbaijan. The negotiation regarding this question will take place on December 19-20 in Baku within the visit of the UNESCO experts to Baku.
