The Head of the Moscow City Department of Russian Congress of Azerbaijanis (RCA), Ilgar Hajiyev, informed Trend that after the decision on closing Cherkezov market in Moscow, the Head of the Group of Companies ACT, Telman Ismaylov, who possesses a number of facilities in the market, will transfer his facilities outside the city.
He stressed that each year the Head of Moscow refused to make a decision on closing the market because a village was to be built in the area of the market. However, the decision will be implemented this year and construction work will commence in the territory of the market. Telman Ismaylov said that a program is prepared to transfer the market outside of Moscow. Generally plants and factories, trade centers and markets located in Moscow will be transferred from the center of the city to outside of the city. Entrepreneur Araz Agalarov built his facilities outside of the city several years ago. Currently the town comprising his trade centers which is located outside the city functions at present, Hajiyev said.
