Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr S. Ilhamghizi / Vugar Tofigly, the founder and Editor-in-Chief of The Municipal System of Azerbaijan magazine, informed that the magazine has signed an agreement on cooperation with the Moscow-based magazine Uprava in order to establish cooperation between the local self-government bodies of Azerbaijan and Russia.
Based on the legislative acts of the two countries, the sides will cooperate in several directions within the frames of their authorities.
The document implies cooperation between the local self-government bodies of both countries, organizing of improvement courses for the personnel, as well as competitions between the journalists and other.
The parties will exchange the scientific materials and organize international conferences in Azerbaijan and Russia.
