An Agreement Signed between   Moscow  City Government and Azerbaijani Diaspora Organizations

Azerbaijan, Baku/ Trend , corr. S. Ilhamgizi/ Ilgar Hajjiyev, the Chief of the Moscow City Organization of All-Russian Congress of Azerbaijanis has said that an agreement has been signed between the Moscow City Government and Azerbaijani Diaspora Organizations, operating on the territory of the Russian Capital.

During the arrangement, organized on Monday, the agreement was signed between Alexey Alexandrovitch, the Chief of the Moscow Committee for Interregional, Interconfessional, and National, and Political Relations, Mammad Aliyev, the President of the All-Russian Congress of Azerbaijanis, and Soyun Sadigov, the Chairman of the "AzerRos" Society (Organization). Moreover, the Permanent Commission consisting from representatives of the Moscow City Government and Chiefs of Azerbaijani Diasppora organizations. The Commission consists of :Vladimir Pronin, the Chief of the Central Department of the Internal Affairs of the State Intelligence Departmnt of Moscow City, Alexander Selikov, a Representative of the Russian Federal Security Service, Mr. Hajjiyev, representing the World Congress of Azerbaijanis, Mr. Sadigov, representing "AzerRos". According to Mr. Hajjiyev, the Permanent Commission is expected to hold its sitting once in a month.

According to the conditions of the agreement, the troubles and difficulties, Azerbaijani migrants to face in the Russian Capital, should be checked up. Only officers of the Special Department founded under the Department of the Russian Domestic have the right to check documents of migrants. All the rest officers of the Russian security bodies must not harass migrants.
