Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / The meeting of the Chamber of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan has taken place. According to Item 6 of Articles 130 and 7.2 of the law "On Constitutional Court", the Chamber, by considering the appeal of Surakhani District Court of Baku City, will make a decision to implement the appeal.
The appeal will be considered in the plenary session of the Constitutional Court scheduled for 24 April. At the session, the Chamber of the Constitutional Court will consider the complaint of the citizen Gahramanov Asad and make a decision on its implementation. The law suit will be considered at the plenary session of the Constitutional Court scheduled for 15 April.
