Head of Caucasus Muslims Holds Talks with Catholic Patriarch of Georgia

Georgia, Tbilisi / corr Trend N.Kirtzkhalia / Head of the Caucasus Muslims Board, Sheik-ul-Islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazade, has met with the Catholic Patriarch of Georgia Ilia II in Tbilisi on 17 April. The Georgian clerical board announced that the meeting was brief in which the heads of the clerical boards discussed the state of affairs between Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Sheik-ul-Islam arrived in Tbilisi where he and Ilia II have traveled together to Kuwait.

On 17-21 April, Kuwait and Bahrain will be holding discussions on civilizations with the participation of the two religious leaders of the Caucasus, Catholic Patriarch of Georgia Ilia II and Episcope of the Caspian

The religious leaders plan to discuss, with the heads of the supreme clerical boards of Kuwait and Bahrain, neutralizing the impact of globalization on national values, the Caucasus Muslims Departments announced earlier.
