Modern technologies every day increasingly spread and automated systems are created in each sphere in Azerbaijan, Malak Mahmudova, director of Zipato Smart Home company, told Trend on Mar.4.
"We create systems that serve to people's safety, reliability, energy management, and comfort. Our company’s automation system allows remote control of the energy and water supply of one’s home, monitors the temperature inside the room, and also uses a mobile application to monitor the safety of the facility. If any emergencies occur, people will be alerted to such threats through the mobile app notifications," said Mahmudova.
She added that the equipment used by the company has leading positions in quality.
"We are the official distributor of Zipato Smart Home’s head office in Croatia, as well as the Chinese intercom system Akuvox in Azerbaijan. Our company is constantly studying the latest technological innovations in the world and is making efforts to promote the concept of a smart home system not only in our country but also abroad. Therefore, working with the products of companies that differ in their technological solutions and meet international standards is one of our main priorities," the company’s director further said.
Mahmudova noted that when the concept of a ‘smart’ home system began to form, along with the comfort that this system can provide, issues related to security were also on the agenda.
"Thanks to technologies that continue to advance every day, the protection of these systems is no longer based on the protocols used 10 years ago. The system itself is protected by the AES-256 bit encryption protocol so that physically, apart from the irresponsible approach that human factors can create, cyber-interference in the ‘smart’ home system is impossible," she pointed out.
Speaking about the possibilities of Zipato Smart Home’s participation in ‘smart’ projects in the liberated (as a result of the 44-day war (from late Sept. through early Nov.2020) territories of Azerbaijan, she noted that the company has universal solutions, which are planned to be offered to the relevant structures.
"The implementation of smart projects in the liberated territories will help their development on more favorable economic conditions. Moreover, it will increase interest in both entrepreneurship and tourism in the liberated lands," concluded Mahmudova.
