For the first time in the country, the Azerbaijani portal for sales of insurance products insure.az has carried out an online sale of a CASCO (compulsory motor third party liability insurance) insurance product, Founder of the start-up project insure.az Azer Ismayilov told Trend.
According to Ismayilov, the project's marketing team pays great attention to the development of insurance products.
“In 2021, we have already offered our clients an insurance product for CASCO, which can be purchased completely online. I would like to note that there is already sufficient demand for this product,” Ismayilov said.
The founder of the project noted that work is currently underway to digitize the products of some insurance companies.
The expert also said that sales of CASCO policies on the insure.az portal doubled in the first seven months of this year compared to the same period last year.
In addition, travel insurance sales quadrupled during the reporting period. All these successes and growth of indicators are the result of correct marketing, Ismayilov said.
The insure project is currently cooperating with more than 20 insurance companies in Azerbaijan on various types of insurance.
