Housing in secondary market of Azerbaijan's Baku falls in price

The average cost of housing in the secondary market of Azerbaijan’s Baku decreased by 1.38 percent, which amounts to 144.6 manat ($85.1), in December 2021 compared to the previous month, Trend reports referring to the MBA Group consulting company.

Meanwhile, the average housing prices in the primary market for the specified period have increased by 0.39 percent, totaling 177 manat ($104.1) compared to November 2021.

The price of land plots increased by 7.12 percent, amounting to 18.4 manat ($10.8) per hundred square meters, in December 2021 compared to the previous month.

The cost of one square meter of commercial premises in the primary market increased by 6.51 percent, up to 3.5 manat ($2.1) in December 2021 compared to November. In the previous month, it amounted to 3.3 manat ($1.9).
