BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 13. The state budget received 2.8 billion manat ($1.6 billion) through the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan in the first three months of 2022, Trend reports citing the website of the Ministry of Finance.
According to the ministry, this figure exceeds the forecast by 538.9 million manat ($317.18 million), or 23.8 percent, while the indicator of the same period in 2021 – by 716.5 million manat ($421.7 million), or 34.4 percent.
Out of these funds, proceeds from the non-oil sector accounted for 2.24 billion manat ($1.3 billion), or 80.1 percent, up by 737.7 million manat ($434.19 million), or 49 percent compared to the same period in 2021.
