BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 15. Russian companies will discuss the creation of joint ventures in Azerbaijan, Oksana Shemrayeva, head of the department for interaction with foreign partners and international organizations at Russian SME Corporation JSC (Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises), told Trend.
According to Shemrayeva, on April 26, representatives of companies from the Republic of Adygea and other Russian regions plan to visit Azerbaijan.
"During the business mission, it’s planned to discuss issues of cooperation in the fields of agriculture and food, as well as the possibility of creating joint ventures with representatives of Azerbaijan’s Small and Medium Business Development Agency, the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO),” she said.
“Besides, the visit agenda also includes making the products of Russian companies available for the Azerbaijani retail chains," the JSC’s representative noted.
It’s also planned to discuss the creation of joint ventures in the areas of manufacturing of health and wellness goods (cosmetics, dietary supplements, and healthcare promotional items), building materials, and equipment, added Shemrayeva.
