BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 4. Azerbaijan's Azerfloat CJSC has exported glass to Ireland for the first time, the country's Economic Zones Development Agency told Trend.
According to the agency, the company has sent a glass batch weighing 140 tons to Ireland at the first stage.
"Azerfloat CJSC produces various types of high-quality colored and transparent glass using German technology at the Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park. The sheet glass plant of Azerfloat CJSC is the first enterprise in Azerbaijan to produce thermoformed glass," the agency said.
Moreover, the company exports its products to a number of other countries.
