BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 14. Türkiye reduced steel exports to Kazakhstan by 6.5 percent in first half 2022 (to $16.3 million) compared to the same period last year, Trade Ministry of Türkiye told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.
According to ministry, steel exports from Türkiye to Kazakhstan in June 2022 decreased by 25.1 percent (to $3.4 million) compared to the same month in 2021.
Steel exports from Türkiye totally increased by 30 percent from January through June 2022 (to $11.9 billion) compared to the same period last year.
Türkiye exported steel worth $2.3 billion in June 2022, up 14.6 percent from the same month last year.
Türkiye has exported $25 billion worth of steel during past 12 months (from June 2021 through June 2022).
