BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 30. A total of 6,311 real estate objects were initially registered in Azerbaijan in July, which is 26.8 percent more than in the same period the previous year, Trend reports via The State Committee on Property Issues of Azerbaijan.
According to the committee, 23.3 percent of all registered objects accounted for primary registration.
"A total of 76.7 percent or 20,754 objects account for secondary registration. Also, the volume of primary registration of rights to land plots increased 2.1 times, or up to 2,539 objects. A technical inventory was carried out and passports for 21,367 real estate objects were drawn up in July, which is 15.5 percent more compared to the same period in 2021," the committee stated.
The number of mortgage contracts concluded increased by 41.5 percent to 5,612.
