BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 15. The value of soft loans issued by Azerbaijan’s Entrepreneurship Development Fund under the Ministry of Economy grew from January through October 2022, the fund’s press service told Trend on November 15.
According to the press service, this figure amounted to 105.6 million manat ($62.1 million), up by 44.3 percent on annual basis.
The issued loans will allow create 2,320 new jobs.
The Entrepreneurship Development Fund plans to allocate soft loans worth 140 million manat ($82.3 million) to business entities in Azerbaijan in 2022.
The fund totally issued soft loans worth 2.8 billion manat ($1.64 million) so far.
