BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 30. Prices for renting apartments increased in Baku in December 2022, the CEO of Azerbaijan’s MBA (Marketing Business Analysis) Group Consulting company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The cost of renting one square meter of housing in Baku in the reporting month increased by 6.12 percent in monthly terms and by 24.65 percent on an annual basis, to 9.71 manat ($5.7)," said Ibrahimov.
Meanwhile, the average cost of renting apartments in the capital city amounted to 937 manat or $551, up by 2.85 percent (911 manat or $535) over the month and by 35.01 percent (694 manat or $408.2) over the year.
According to Ibrahimov, the total volume of offers in the housing rent market of Baku in December 2022 increased by 1.5 percent compared to November 2022, and increased by 37.29 percent on an annual basis - to 790.
