BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 13. The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) forecasts Europe's oil and liquid fuels production at 4.3 mb/d in 2023, Trend reports via EIA.
In particular, the region's liquids output is expected to stand at 4.08 mb/d in the 1Q2023, 4.35 mb/d in the 2Q2023, 4.29 mb/d in the 3Q2023, and 4.48 mb/d in the 4Q2023.
For instance, Europe oil production, according to EIA's estimations, stood at 3.89 mb/d in 2022.
As for the main oil producers in Europe, Norway's oil output for the whole year is forecast to stand at 2.28 mb/d. Namely, the country's output is projected at 2.09 mb/d in the 1Q2023, 2.32 mb/d in the 2Q2023 and 3Q2023, and 2.4 mb/d in the 4Q2023.
Meanwhile, the UK's liquids production in 2023 is forecast to stand at 0.88 mb/d. In particular, the forecast for the 1Q2023 stands at 0.87 mb/d, for the 2Q2023 - at 0.91 mb/d, for the 3Q2023 - at 0.83 mb/d, and for the 4Q2023 - at 0.92 mb/d.
EIA experts forecast world oil and liquid fuels production to average 101.3 mb/d in 2023, which is an increase of 1.5 mb/d year-on-year.
