BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 28. The average price for renting commercial real estate in Baku has increased over the year, director of the MBA Group consulting company Nusret Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The average cost of renting one square meter of an object in Baku in March of 2023 increased by 13.19 percent compared to the previous month, and by 7.81 percent year-on-year, to 17.94 manat ($10.55)," the director said.
Ibrahimov also pointed out that the total volume of offers on the commercial rental market amounted to 725 offers with an increase of 17.69 over the year, and a decrease of 0.55 percent compared to February 2023.
