IMF shares forecast on volume of Azerbaijan's imports for 2024

BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 15. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) predicts that the import of goods and services of Azerbaijan in 2024 will amount to $16.9 billion, Trend reports with reference to the Regional Economic Outlook of IMF.

According to the report, this is 3.68 percent more than the projected volume of imports of goods and services for 2023.

Azerbaijan's imports of goods and services are expected to reach $16.3 billion this year.

Moreover, according to the fund, the country's imports of goods and services in 2022 amounted to $18.6 billion, in 2021 - $16.3 billion, and in 2020 - $15.5 billion.

The International Monetary Fund is a UN specialized agency, which is the largest financial organization in the world.
