BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 17. Türkiye reduced its chemical exports to Azerbaijan by 1.9 percent year-on-year to $121.4 million from January through March 2024, Trend reports via the Turkish Trade Ministry.
"In March 2024, Turkish chemical product exports to Azerbaijan decreased by 9.4 percent compared to the same month in 2023 and amounted to $42.5 million," the ministry said.
Türkiye increased its chemical exports to global markets by 7.7 percent year-on-year to $8 billion from January through March 2024.
In March 2024, Turkish chemical exports to world markets increased by 5.7 percent compared to the same month in 2023, to $3 billion.
In the last 12 months (March 2023–March 2024), Türkiye exported chemical products worth $31.1 billion.
