BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 15. Kazakhstan uses artificial intelligence (AI) to diagnose stroke, CEO of Beeline Kazakhstan Evgeniy Nastradin said during panel discussions at the GSMA M360 Eurasia 2024 conference in Baku, Trend reports.
“Using computer-generated images in Kazakhstan, the Cerebro firm employs artificial intelligence for early stroke detection. Although it has only been running for a few years, 50 hospitals in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan have already benefited from this initiative,” he explained.
Nastradin also said that the country uses an AI-based traffic management platform, within which 70,000 cameras are installed throughout Kazakhstan.
Thus, traffic analysis is carried out, and data on violations is transmitted to municipalities, the police, and other authorities, he added.
To note, the GSMA M360 Eurasia 2024 international conference is taking place in Baku, spanning from May 15 through May 16. Attendees at this event include prominent politicians, regulators, CEOs of mobile operators, and IT companies. Baku is hosting the M360 Eurasia conference for the second time.
