BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 10. It is planned to digitize 15 percent of public services rendered to citizens by the end of the year in Azerbaijan, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Samir Mammadov said at the “INMerge Innovation Summit” organized by PASHA Holding for the fourth time, Trend reports.

According to him, the Azerbaijani government recognizes digitalization as a cornerstone of the country's digital transformation strategy. The MyGov app is part of the process of transforming the interaction between citizens and the government.

“The MyGov platform provides citizens with the ability to manage their data, which is especially relevant in the context of data protection in today's world. It allows users to control the process of interaction with government agencies, and track which organizations and at what time request their information.

The platform is currently used by 600,000 people. We intend to digitize 15 percent of physical services provided to citizens by the end of the year,” he said.

To note, "INMerge Innovation Summit", organized by PASHA Holding, is designed to contribute to the development of the innovation ecosystem in Azerbaijan, bringing together startups and investors, providing opportunities for cooperation, as well as creating a platform for the exchange of ideas and experience between all participants of the innovation ecosystem.
