Azerbaijan’s Khazar Inshaat company talks construction of housing estates in one of Baku’s settlements

A big project envisaging the construction of multi-story buildings in the city, is being implemented intensively in Azerbaijan’s capital Baku, a source in Azerbaijani Khazar Inshaat construction company told Trend.

“This is the construction of big multi-story buildings located in Baku’s New Gunashli settlement,” the source said.

"Three buildings have been already built in this settlement and over 10 percent of the work in the fourth multi-storey building has been completed,” the source said. “In total, eight multi-storey buildings are planned to be built.”

“The construction work within the project will continue until the end of this year,” the source said. “The project is planned to be fully implemented until the end of 2020. The apartments, consisting of 1, 2 and 3 rooms with an area of 40, 60 and 80 square meters, are being built in multi-storey buildings. The cost of one square meter is 1,200 manat ($705)."

High-quality building materials without harmful chemical impurities, in particular “B-25” concrete made in Ukraine, fittings and pads for levelling concrete made by the German “Peri” company, pipes of “Firat” company and electric cables manufactured by Imkacable company, are used in construction.

Khazar Inshaat company has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2003.
