The PMD Group, Azerbaijani construction company, specializing in asset management, investments in real estate and property management, performed a significant part of work on the modernization of a large multi-storey office-type building located in the Yasamal district of Baku city, a source in the company told Trend.
It’s about the reconstruction of Nizami Plaza, which is being rebuilt into a housing estate as part of this construction project.
As of now, around 70 percent of the work has been completed. Tentatively, the project will be completed until the end of summer this year. In addition to this project, the company is involved in construction and reconstruction of several facilities located in Baku and districts of Azerbaijan.
The company has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2013.
Its strategic goal is to make a significant contribution to the development of this sphere in Azerbaijan.
Kapital Bank, Absheron Hotel and ADA are the company's major partners.
The company has implemented such projects as the Vurgun Residence residential complex, located near the Park of Officers in Baku, which consists of 18 floors and has been constructed in accordance with the modern architectural standards.
