New buildings continue to be built in Turkmenistan’s Dashoguz region

Four apartment buildings are being built in the Gulistan residential area of Turkmenistan's Dashoguz region, Trend reports with reference to “Turkmenistan: Zolotoy Vek” (Turkmenistan: Golden Age) newspaper.

The buildings are designed for 16 apartments each. Currently, at the two of them are masonry brick walls of the first floor, the other two - at the initial stage of construction.

As part of the comprehensive transformation strategy, the region's infrastructure is being modernized. So, in recent years, a high-voltage power transmission line with a length of more than eight kilometers has been laid here, and a modern school and kindergarten have been built. A number of facilities for various purposes are planned to be put into operation in the coming years.

As reported, Four multi-apartment residential buildings will be built with the assistance of Turkmen Shirin ay company in Turkmenistan’s Dashoguz city.

The new buildings are designed for 136 apartments and will be built in the central part of the city on the basis of the developer's equity participation.

The country actively attracts the private sector for the construction of houses, and the involvement of the private sector has led to an increase in the rate of housing construction in the city of Dashoguz.

As many as 2,500 buildings were constructed in Turkmenistan in 1H2020.

Fourteen large objects and residential buildings, with a total area of 509,000 square meters, were constructed in 1H2020. The total cost of the construction exceeded $37 billion.
