Turkmen Demirbetononumleri company will start the second stage of construction of a residential area in the Buzmeyin district of Turkmenistan's Ashgabat region, Trend reports with reference to “Turkmenistan: Zolotoy Vek” (Turkmenistan: Golden Age) electronic newspaper.
Fifteen 32-apartment buildings will be built from the construction panels this year.
As part of the second stage of construction, a kindergarten with 160 seats will be built.
The construction of apartment houses in the area is not limited to the second stage. It was decided to expand the residential area by building 13 more apartment buildings. Thus, there will be twice as many new settlements here as last year. Housing in the Buzmeyin district of Ashgabat is created by order of structural divisions of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan.
Turkmenistan has exceeded the estimates for production and provision of services in the construction sector by 20.9 percent from January through November 2020.
The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan surpassed projections in the construction sector by 9 percent during the reporting period.
Turkmen Ministry of Industry and Construction of the country exceeded the plan for the provision of services by 4.1 percent, and the Ministry of Energy by 19.8 percent.
The municipal administration of the capital of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, exceeded the plan for works performed and services rendered by 17.2 percent from January through October.
