Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / The average price of a private apartment in Baku increased by 0.6% and made up $176,780 in August, the Participants of Real Estate public organization reported.
Prices rose due to increase in price of land and construction materials.
The index of prices in the land market increased by 0.3% and made up $22,074 per 10/10 in August as was observed in the same period of 2006.
In the commerce market the index rose by 0.2% and made up $2,756 per square metre.
