Sale of flats and rate of construction work decreased in August. Some 583 buildings were put into exploitation in Baku.
The number of construction companies amounted to 223, the average number of storeys making up 15.4.
A dramatic rise in prices occurred in Yasamal, Khatai, and Nasimi Districts of Baku in August.
