Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend U.Ismayilova / The leasing portfolio of UniLeasing Joint-Stock Company on four regional divisions of the republic has made AZN 21.3 mln in July to September with an increase of 20%.
The regional branches of UniLeasing secured as many as 92 contracts in the third quarter of this year with 82 clients and the total cost of the items leased exceeded AZN 6 mln.
At the beginning of October the total of contracts concluded with companies made up 360, whereas the total number of company's clients reached 222. The total number of facilities given for leasing made up 832 with the total cost of over AZN 33mln.
The amount of sale scheduled for the third quarter made up AZN 7.2mln and was over-fulfilled by 106% (AZN 7.6mln).
The average rate on leasing agreements made up 19.4%. As a result of July to September the highest indices were fixed on Transport sector. In this period, 12 deals were concluded on this segment in the amount of over AZN 1.5mln, which is linked with the successful application of the project on Leasing of Transport means for individuals.
By the end of the year UniLeasing plans to increase its leasing portfolio to AZN 25mln.
