Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / Azerbaijani Cabinet approved of the changes in the regulations on issuing licenses to those who are engaged in transportation of dangerous cargo via any mode of transport, the Cabinet reported.
The regulations for licensing of dangerous cargo transportations were approved by the order of Azerbaijani President issued on 29 December 2006.
In accordance with the changes in the regulations, those who receive licenses must have a special education, as well as must submit a list of technological normative documents, list of transported dangerous cargo (liquefied and natural gas), an accident action plan.
The decision took effect on 25 October.
